This appendix supplements subsection 3.5 by

Tables C-1, C-2 and C-3 re-sort the results by the transform method applied on
the RHS independent variable in each SLR model. For each specific transform,
the results for all pairs of variables are aggregated and summarised for
clearer inspections.
Note
that here the results are provided directly without any further marks for such
inspections. Also, the order of the sub tables, from (a) to (h), follows the
same order in Tables 3, 6 and 7 for the different transformation method.
